SCOM , Alerts not generated for high CPU utilization

Problem

SCOM 2012 R2 does not generate an alert when CPU Utilization hits 95% or above.

Root Cause

===========

The CPU Queue Length threshold is not hit yet.

Action Plan

===========

We don’t care about the CPU Queue Length, so we override the parameter as -1.

If we want to ignore the CPU queue length, we can set it as -1. Zero is not small enough to ignore the parameter.
