Symptom
Power user cannot share folders in Windows 7 workstations.
Cause
This is a by design behavior.
Resolution
Provide workaround: use TweakUi to grant "manage file shares" permission on a xp client, then export the registry settings HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\LanmanServer\DefaultSecurity, and import to win7 clients.
