Lync 2013 - Cannot Edit or Remove Display Picture

  

 In Lync 2013, the "Edit or Remove Picture" button is grayed out and our users on Lync 2013 are unable to update their profile pictures. This issue does not exist on Lync 2010 (confirmed side-by-side using the same Office 365 user accounts + credentials).

Which version of Office 365 are you using? Office 365 or Office 365 preview.

To change your picture:

If you are using Office 365, follow steps below:

Log into MOP(Microsoft Online Portal)->click "My profile" at upper right->click "change photo"

If you are using Office 365 preview, follow steps below:

Log into OAC(Office 365 Admin Center)->click your account at upper right->choose "About me"->click "edit your profile"->click "change your photo"
