Windows Svr 2012,Tape show 'Unknown Medium Changer'

Symptom

Tape drive has an Exclamation mark in the device manager. Gives "error: 19 Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged."

Solution

Deleted the Lower filter drivers and the tape drives were being detected.
